Seasons of Hope Bereavement Groups
Six Weekly Sessions begin on April 23
Do you need help dealing with grief?
Jesus assures us that those who mourn are blessed and will be consoled. Seasons of Hope offers those grieving the loss of a loved one an opportunity to join others in our faith community and give voice to their unique journey of grief. Participants will find healing, hope, and spiritual accompaniment.
These sessions will help participants journey through loss with the help of scripture, prayer, reflection, and faith sharing. Each person will also receive a journal for meeting activities and home use. Seasons of Hope is a Christ-centered support group that grounds itself in the wisdom and sacred traditions of the Catholic Church.
For those seeking healing, a Seasons of Hope support group is a life-giving connection to the Church and to others in our faith community who have experienced loss. Our facilitator will be Sr. Katie Mitchell, FSPA.
Season 3 of the bereavement support group is open to new and ongoing participants alike. Our evening sessions will begin April 23 and continue for six Wednesdays (from 6:30pm to 8:30pm) concluding on May 28. This group is free and open to all who are grieving.
