As part of our 175th Anniversary celebration, we are pleased to announce that we are partnering with Hallow this year, the #1 prayer app! Through prayer and meditation rooted in the Catholic faith, Hallow helps people grow closer to God and find peace.
To join Holy Name Cathedral’s page in the app, scan the QR code for all the instructions on how to sign up, whether you have the Hallow app already or if you are brand new to Hallow.
Current Hallow subscribers or those on the free version – are also invited to be a part of the parish page.There, you’re able to create a profile, share prayer requests, join in our Advent Prayer Challenge, and discover new ways to grow your faith. To join the parish page, open the Hallow app, navigate to the Community tab (bottom of screen), search for our parish by typing zip code “60611″, and join!
If you want to sign up for free..
1. Open the App store on your phone, search for “Hallow” and download the Hallow app
2. Open the Hallow app and sign up. You do not need to start a free trial. If you create an account with a phone or email, write down your password or remember it.
3. On the bottom right, tap Community > Friends > Join A Church > search for zip code “60611″ and select Holy Name Cathedral to join our community page!

3. Create an account and signup for $1
4. Open the App store on your phone, search for “Hallow” and download the Hallow app
