Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion

thumb_IMG_0846_1024Eucharistic Ministers assist the priest in distributing the Body and Blood of Christ to those gathered for worship. As an extraordinary minister of communion, you become an essential part of us opening wide the doors to Christ as people come forth to receive the Lord in the Eucharist.

To become an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion you need to be age 16 or older, be a Catholic in good standing having received the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Eucharist and Confirmation) and have a love for the Eucharist and for wanting others to encounter Christ through you in this ministry.
