Cathedral Filipino Network

Staff Liaison: Rev. John Boivin 312-787-8040

The Cathedral Filipino Network (CFN) is open to people who share in the heritage of the Philippines. Its purpose is to provide a forum for exchange of ideas and sharing of the Filipino culture and spiritual traditions with the Parish and to plan and implement various activities that will support the mission of Holy Name Cathedral. It also participates and collaborates with other parish ministry groups.

An offshoot of CFN is Cathedral Filipino Singers (CFS) a choral group formed by musically talented members of CFN. It has been performing at significant CFN events like Simbang Gabi, Feast of Santo Nino, Memorial Mass for deceased members and at the regular HNC anticipated Sunday Mass every third Saturday of the month.

CFN is financially self-sufficient. Expenses are funded by annual membership fees and from generous donations by members and friends.
